FAQ's & Shipping
- TAT (Turn around times vary) I try my best to get orders completed and shipped out in a timely manner. Upon checkout there is a notes section at the very end. You can always type in the date you need your item by. If it is sooner than 3 weeks a rush fee will apply. You can always message me via any social media or email order@blueskymonograms.com to ensure your item will arrive on date needed. I will do my best to accommodate any deadline. Turn around times are estimates.
- AVERAGE TAT (TURN AROUND TIME) is 15-30 BUSINESS DAYS Monday- Friday. (Please allow the shipping times on top of this) Excludes weekends & holidays. This is due to each item being made to order customized/personalized. All items are extensively detailed and do take ample amount of time to create from start to finish.
- Rush Fees are available for purchase (10-15 business days $10) (7-10 business days if possible $15)
- First Class Shipping ETA 2-5 business days, price varies $3-$7, and 1oz- 14oz in weight.
- Priority Shipping ETA 2-3 business days, price varies $8- plus, and 1lb- 6lb in weight.
- Shipping charges are based on weight through USPS / UPS.
- Once item has shipped USPS / UPS is responsible for item.
- Tracking information will be emailed to you once item has shipped.
- FORMS OF COMMUNICATION: Please allow up to 3 business days for a response. I recommend using the following #1-5 in that order to communicate.

- 5. PERSONAL FACEBOOK MESSENGER: Only if I message you first. FB messenger is the easiest to respond and communicate with in my opinion, however it is not the most organized. As you all know the most recent notification jumps to the top. So sometimes people can get lost on this unless I know to search your name. If I am needing a quick communication between you and your order I do tend to hop on there and send out a message for quicker response. However this is NOT a recommended form of communication for my business. I try to separate my personal and professional life and conversations.
